Keith R. Barbour, D.O.
F.A.O.C.R.M., F.A.A.P.M.R.


Dr. Barbour is a board certified Physiatrist. He has been practicing Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since 1988. He attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Barbour completed his residency in Physical Medicine at Wayne State University. He later became board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Osteopathic Board of Rehabilitation Medicine, and the American Board of Pain Management. He teaches Manual Medicine classes, and is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a continuing education provider Category A.

Terri A. Steppe, D.O.

Dr. Steppe is board certified in Family Practice and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine & Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She completed her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency in Family Practice at The Medical Center in Pennsylvania. She served a one year fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Her interest is in helping people using hands-on Osteopathic Medical Science. ____________________________________________________________________________
Iman S. Abou-Chakra, M.D.

Dr. Abou-Chakra is a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist devoting his professional time to Musculoskeletal Medicine and Pain Management, including Fibromyalgia patients. He received his medical degree from University of Damascus, Syria. He completed his first residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology, followed by multiple fellowships in Spinal Pathology, Hand and Upper Limb Surgery & Arthroscopy, in Paris, France. He completed his second residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Ohio. In addition to his Michigan and Ohio license, he also has a French License in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology. ____________________________________________________________________________
